The world through my lens is a world full of moments. Moments frozen in time, moments which capture the spirit behind the faces, moments which narrate stories, stories of love ,laughter and life.It is said that pictures say a thousand words but I believe my work is truly accomplished when I capture the soul and the life of everything I see and percieve. I truly believe that my strength lies in drawing out the nuances of emotion and presenting the world with a hue of creativity and passion, which is so often missed in the rigmarole of our day-day lives.
I am a woman and I take great pride in being one. If you want to know more, Yes I juggle several hats. A mother of two very bright girls, a loving wife, a daughter, an entrepreneur and above all a photographer. The hats that I wear are all a part of me and I am as passionate about each one of them as I can be. Passion has always been my driving force, whether it was for forsaking the achievement of the American dream or bidding goodbye to the corporate world.
India was home and I couldn't find a more vibrant country to tell stories of. The colour, the traditions, the idiosyncracies every bit of it. The kaleidoscope of colours all waiting to be captured. Street Art is something that I am passionate about . There is a thrill in presenting those tiny moments of life which get overlooked, the toothless smile of a tired mason, or a fledgling waiting to fly. Every particle has energy and I believe that my lens gives it the life to present itself in a unfathomed fashion. Whether it is a big Indian wedding or a quiet moment with your children I can bring out the best in you and your world.
